Tell us about your tank and when suits you. We’ll confirm the price and a date before anything is booked.
Do you change all the water?
No. Partial water changes protect the beneficial bacteria. Replacing all the water at once can harm fish.
Do I need to be home?
For the first visit, yes. After that, many customers arrange access so we can visit on schedule.
What if my fish are ill?
Tell us before the visit. We’ll check water quality and conditions, and point you to an aquatic vet for anything serious.
