Privacy
What this website stores, what it sends, and what it doesn’t.
Your cart and favorites
Your cart and favorites are saved in your browser’s local storage under the key dreamnest-shopping-v1. They stay on your device and aren’t sent to us until you place an order. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them.
If you use the language switch, your browser keeps a cookie named lang for one year that remembers your choice (“en” or “bn”), so plain links open in that language. It is sent with each page request and holds nothing else.
Orders
When you order, we receive your name, phone number, delivery address and any notes, plus an email address or second number if you add them. For bKash or Nagad payments we also receive the number you paid from and the Transaction ID. We use these details to check your payment, deliver your order and contact you about it, and we share your name, phone number and address with the courier who delivers it. We don’t use them for marketing.
Your order page has a private link. Anyone with the link can see the order, so share it only with people you trust.
Back-in-stock requests
If you ask to hear when a sold-out product is back, we keep your phone number, and your name and how many you want if you give them, only to contact you about that product.
Reviews
After your order is delivered you can review its products from your order page. If we publish your review, it shows your rating, what you wrote, the name you chose and your district. Your phone number and address are never shown.
Messages you send us
When you use the contact or service request form, we receive your name, the phone number or email you give, and your message, so we can reply.
If you choose WhatsApp, Messenger or email instead, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp, Meta (for Messenger) or your email provider under their own privacy terms.
Payments
There are no customer accounts, and we never collect card details, PINs or verification codes. We’ll never ask for your bKash or Nagad PIN.
Running the website
Like any website, our hosting may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver pages and to stop abuse of the order and contact forms. The site doesn’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Changes
We’ll update this page if how we handle your details changes. Questions? Contact us.
