Terms
How ordering, payment, delivery and cancellations work.
Orders
Placing an order at checkout sends us your request and holds the items for you. An order is accepted once we confirm it by phone or message, or once your bKash or Nagad payment has been checked. We may decline an order, for example if an item turns out to be unavailable or we can’t reach you; if you’ve paid, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in BDT and include the item only; delivery is added at checkout. Payment options: Cash on delivery. bKash and Nagad payments are checked by hand against the Transaction ID you give us. If we can’t find a payment, we’ll ask you to check it and send the details again.
Coupons
One coupon per order. A coupon may have its own conditions, such as a minimum order, dates or a limit on uses, which checkout checks for you. Coupons can’t be exchanged for cash, and cancelling an order makes its coupon usable again.
Delivery
Delivery costs ৳80 inside Dhaka city and ৳130 outside Dhaka. Delivery times are estimates: usually 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside. Please check your order when it arrives.
Live animals and plants
We call before sending live animals so someone is home to receive them. They naturally vary in color, size and markings from the photos. If one arrives unwell, contact us the same day with a photo or video so we can help.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order until it’s handed to the courier. Contact us with your order number. Money paid by bKash or Nagad is refunded to the number you paid from.
Product and care information
Prices and availability can change, and your cart always shows the current figures. Care notes help you judge whether a pet suits your home. They can’t cover every situation, so ask a vet or specialist when you’re unsure.
Services
Service prices shown are starting prices. We confirm the price, what’s included and the date with you before any visit is booked.
